Kibbey makes her Koerner Hall Debut via the 21C Festival! Kibbey begins with some of her signature solo transcriptions of Albeniz, JS Bach, and Debussy, then joins the Calidore Quartet to showcase some of the harp’s richest French masterworks (Debussy Danses Sacrée et Profane, and Caplet’s Mask of the Red Death), while presenting the world-premiere performance of Sebastian Currier’s Quintet for harp and string quartet, Floating.
